env variables
kconfig tool conf is also controlled by env variables:
Output files generation:
- KCONFIG_CONFIG - override default
.config - KCONFIG_AUTOCONFIG - overrides default
include/config/auto.conf - KCONFIG_AUTOHEADER - overrides default
include/generated/autoconf.h - KCONFIG_RUSTCCFG - - overrides default
include/generated/rustc_cfg
